Exactly what I was looking for. Low maintenance, close to walking trails, great location in Granite Bay. Reasonably close to work. My buying experience was wonderful. Even though I am living in the midst of construction, everybody has been supportive, respectful, and responsive. I am thoroughly enjoying my new home!

From start to finish, Blue Mountain staffs were very friendly and helpful. They were always willing to help and answer any questions I may have.

I drove by your Bethel Island community and I loved the look of the homes. I was pleasantly surprised how fair the prices were compared to other builders, not only that but the homes have water front access. Keep up the great work!

Good place and have parking lots

Blue Mountain built us a new residence in the Revere community starting in early 2022. It's a beautiful development with larger lots. I've found my new neighbors here to be friendly and welcoming which is great icing on the cake. We moved in Feb 2023. We've lived here 9 months now and the house is a pleasure. It is well-built and quiet with no major issues. Roof, HVAC, foundation, drainage, appliances, and glass are all great. The company has responded quickly to resolve the minor issues, and all are under warranty for the first year. The only thing I would improve if I could is the time it takes to get hot water to the kitchen. I suggest a new homeowner arrange for more direct plumbing and a 30 Amp electrical circuit under the sink to provide for instant water heating. Overall we are extremely pleased with the house, and happy to be living here!

Let me just say, my wife was in love with the community upon arrival! Amazing location as it pertains to retail stores, dining, banking. I mean every thing is in walking distance almost! Quiet community with good neighborhood amenities. After touring a home with Chris from the office his customer service and expertise was what sealed the deal! He was so knowledgeable of friendly. Not too pushy (which my wife hates) he let us go at our own pace and ask questions as much as we wanted without over pressing us to close. The neighbors I saw seemed lovely. Really looking forward to making this our permanent home in Sacramento. Thank you Chris for your help.

The location is great. It’s nestled away in a corner of North Natomas right by a shopping center, the airport, a soon to be hospital, and most importantly has easy freeway access. The customer service here goes above and beyond. Chris and Elise are extremely helpful and will walk you through the entire process of buying your new home. They are extremely knowledgeable on the homes and area. They are some of the kindest people you will meet and are there for you from day one. I was stressed going into buying my first home but they held my hand and guided me all the way through. The model homes are essentially exactly what yours will look like. The build quality is fantastic! No problems at all so far (knocks on wood). The neighborhood is currently still under construction so it may be a while till it has its own charm. My neighbors are really nice and I feel safe here. The prices for the homes is excellent. Being in California, especially Sacramento with this housing market, you expect a home to be above a certain price and the Blue Mountain Community homes are well below the average selling prices nearby. You get a real bang for your buck here.

I think the staff at Provence are friendly and engaging. They listen to what you really want and work toward matching you with the right home for your needs. I like that they seem very knowledgeable about their homes and do a great job of setting the proper expectations so I know what to expect and don’t have too many surprises. A lot of sales people hype up their products and don’t set proper expectations and then I’ve been disappointed in the past, but not here. They seem to truly like what they have to offer and it shows. Also, through COVID they have worked hard to make sure that it is a safe environment for all. Thank you!

Beautiful new homes in North Natomas! I am thrilled I will be part of the community at Provence. The sales team is very personable and professional and the quality and options for install are top notch. Even the mortgage lender is responsive and excellent with communication! It does take awhile between putting a deposit and your home being finished but its worth the wait. I highly recommend purchasing here if you are in the market for a new home ❤

These Townhomes are fabulous. Very well designed & have lots of options. The community is coming along great & looks so nice. There's it's own pool for the community as well. Check them out, you won't be disappointed.

Bought one

This is our first home and we got a 3 bdrm. We chose a town house because we aren't yardwork people. I really like living her, almost all the neighbors are friendly. I like that it is walking distance to downtown railroad square to the east and traditional taco trucks to the west. There is a little riffraff though, homeless and a little gang activity but for the most I enjoy living here.

My husband and I recently came to Provence in search of a new home. When we reached the office door was locked so I was just going to call to make an appointment. Chris came out shortly after I was walking away cheerful & very eager to help. Very knowledgeable and helpful. If I had a question it was answered. He made a few calls to get the answers to other things I wanted to know. The community is absolutely beautiful and so close to many retailers. Home models are beautiful. I’d recommend the community to anyone and Chris was more than a pleasure to work with ☺️

My family has grown up here – from my grandmother to my granddaughter we have always been a part of Northern California. I wouldn't have it any other way.

We bought a Plan B in Nov. 2020 and have been very pleased with it. These are starter homes, not luxury homes, and they are reasonably well built for the price. The builder has been very responsive to the few issues that we've had, which is to be expected in any new home. The units are close together with small patios for outdoor space. This is an up and coming area bordering Roseland so there are some issues with unsavory folks occasionally wandering into the subdivision and petty thefts. It would help greatly if lighting in the common areas were improved. Parking is somewhat of an issue as some of the homeowners seem unclear on the purpose of a garage. The HOA has started enforcing the parking rules and we expect this issue to go away soon. All in all, a good value that we expect to appreciate over time.
